This role is responsible for managing the shop floor, leading machinists, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to quality standards. Our shop runs CNC lathes including Tsugami, Nakamura, Mori Seiki, DN Puma, etc.. Candidates must have hands-on experience setting up and running similar equipment. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and can keep a team moving in the right direction.
