In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership and support within the manufacturing department, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with quality specifications. This role involves coordinating daily workflow, monitoring product quality, and maintaining alignment with the production schedule. The Grinding Lead will support the department supervisor in managing day-to-day operations and will play a key role in motivating and guiding team members to meet daily production targets. These Lead Grinder jobs require a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of manufacturing experience. You must possess strong written and verbalmunication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with proven leadership or supervisory experience, to lead the team successfully.

Pay Details:
