What We Do We process supply chain returns on many popular consumer electronics. DUTIES (include but not limited to):
Essential Duties:
Leads a team of up to 40 A-team employees Leads by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times. Monitors random in-process inspections in conjunction with the quality employees and creates and maintains programs for quality inspections and assists in the resolution of quality related problems. Reduces costs by eliminating or reducing waste within process. Successfully implemented continuous improvement initiatives. Assists the Production Manager with the development of proper methods and procedures that ensures a quality product, implements the plans and audits methods and procedures for adherence to them. Makes recommendations on production procedure changes, maintains constant checks on production to ensure quality and quantity control of finished products, and maintains surveillance over the proper operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery. Participates in the line design layout and is responsible for revising and implementing changes to the line. Oversees employee and operator training, making sure employees are aware of Work Instructions and QC issues as required. Ensures employee training and employee development occurs. Conducts time studies for new standard product/work creation and monitors employees on existing Work Instructions to ensure they are meeting the requirements. Maintains good order and oversees 5S in all assigned areas relating to quality, all safety components and housekeeping. Encourages and engages in an environment of continuous improvement and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED, 1+ years of supervisory experience. Effective communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a proactive manner. Work effectively in a multi-task environment. Must have knowledge of production and workflow procedures and be familiar with quality control standards necessary to maintain satisfactory levels of production. Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to train and work with a diverse employee population. Must have the ability to utilize computers and technology efficiently. Experience with multiple computer software systems. Microsoft Excel proficiency a plus.
