more impact, less headache. We need a production leader who can make that standard real every day. This is not a basic scheduler role. When we say production, we mean the full operation behind the install: ordering, materials, job readiness, scheduling, crew coordination, field support, quality control, service issues, and making sure the work is done the way Locke & Ladder says it should be done. This is a full-time role with about 75% office time and 25% field time. What You Will Do

• Lead day-to-day production for residential window and siding jobs
• Manage the full process after the sale, from handoff to final completion
• Own ordering, materials, install schedules, workflow, and crew coordination
• Build and manage subcontractor crew capacity
• Keep jobs moving, solve problems early, and protect install quality
• Work closely with sales, office staff, vendors, and field crews
• Help build a production system that is clear, organized, and repeatable
• Support crews in the field and protect Locke & Ladder standards What You Need
• Experience leading 5 million dollars or more in annual windows and siding production
• Strong knowledge of window and siding installs at scale
• Strong working knowledge of materials, ordering, labor planning, and production workflow
• A large existing network of window and siding contractor crews
• Strong leadership, communication, and follow-through
• The ability to hold a high standard and keep people aligned Compensation
• 85,000 dollar base salary
• Performance incentives up to 100,000 dollars total compensation
