Coordinate and supervise daily employee activities to ensure production goals are met. Support and maintain all aspects of the quality management system. Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process. Assist with employee relations, problem resolution, and performance management. Maintain customer quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary. Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate attendance records. Enforce company policies and maintain departmental discipline. Maintain daily production reports, timekeeping records, and operational documentation. Assist with process improvements and productivity enhancement projects. Lead projects focused on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field OR a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of machine setup and production processes. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Excellent attendance and dependability. Ability to travel occasionally for training, education, or customer/supplier meetings. Preferred Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience with Kaizen and Kanban methodologies.
