Job Description

Production Supervisor Available Shifts:
2nd or 3rd
Compensation:
$65,000 - 80,000
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of four years in a manufacturing leadership role. Proven ability to manage administrative tasks such as timecard verification, disciplinary procedures, and leave requests.
Core Duties:
Oversee a group of team leads and operators to help maintain a secure, productive, and high-quality work environment. Manage the attainment of production metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by identifying obstacles and reallocating resources to hit goals. Organize and delegate daily tasks, staffing assignments, and operational priorities to boost overall output. Work alongside the Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production departments to troubleshoot issues and foster ongoing process improvements. Oversee team attendance and staffing requirements, which includes managing time-off requests and securing coverage for unexpected or scheduled absences. Verify and audit staff timekeeping documentation to maintain strict policy adherence and accuracy. Support team development and maintain standards by providing coaching, feedback, and formal disciplinary actions as required.
