Our client, a Packaging Solutions Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Dept. supporting production. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, strong communication skills and mentoring abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Production Supervisor- + Working an 8 hour swing shift + 11p-7a , 7 days on, 1 day off (wednesday) + 3p-11p , 7 days on , 2 days off (Thursday, Friday) + 7a-3p , 7 days on , 4 days off (Saturday-Tuesday)

- + Production Supervisor provides support for the Production Department.
This role directs, develops, and manages Production shift activities, Lean manufacturing teams, and small projects + Supervise hourly Production shift employees and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams. + Champion and participate in company Safety, GMP, and CI efforts. + Direct daily activities of Production included, but not limited to, safety, quality, throughput, and maintenance + Schedule, plan and lead improvement teams, activities, and small projects.
