Full Job Description Job Summary/Company Information:

A DIRECT HIRE

opportunity for 3rd Shift Production Supervisor with a South Indianapolis industrial supply and processing company. We are seeking a driven and passionate individual who can lead and inspire our team to achieve production goals.

The Production Supervisor:

Will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our plant and ensuring that our team is meeting our quality, safety and productivity targets Will be responsible for managing a team of 10-20 individuals, with a focus on retention by creating a positive and supportive work environmen Leadership experience is required, but we are open to all levels of experience who possess the qualities necessary to effectively manage a team Mechanical aptitude is preferred for this role Should have a general understanding of how fabrication equipment operates, along with a solid grasp of manufacturing processes. This knowledge is important to help ensure the team works safely, efficiently, and effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and distribute customer orders to team and ensure orders are completed on time Assist with production, shipping, forklift operation when needed Team development, follow up, and monitor Monitor quality practices and ensuring that quality performance targets are met Ensure productivity targets are met and monitored, and correcting issues as needed Complete RFQ forms and provide daily reports

Pay/Benefits:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 3rd Shift 10:30PM-7:30

AM Requirements:
