We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for a growing organization in the Indianapolis area. This role requires strong leadership experience combined with hands-on knowledge of injection molding processes and

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations and team performance Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met Troubleshoot and support injection molding equipment and tooling Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues Maintain and enforce

compliance Lead, coach, and develop production staff Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Production Manager or Supervisor role Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and mold troubleshooting Experience working within IATF 16949 or automotive quality systems Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
