We are seeking a skilled, Manufacturing Team Lead to support daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role serves as a key point of coordination between production staff and management, driving performance, supporting team development, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a first shift, Monday through Friday position with consistent hours, a strong team environment, and the opportunity to share in the company's success through employee ownership and a reliable monthly bonus program.
