We are seeking a skilled, Manufacturing Team Lead to support daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role serves as a key point of coordination between production staff and management, driving performance, supporting team development, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a first shift, Monday through Friday position with consistent hours, a strong team environment, and the opportunity to share in the company's success through employee ownership and a reliable monthly bonus program. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a team of production employees to meet daily production goals Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to ensure efficient operations Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of workplace safety Ensure product quality standards are consistently met Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns as needed Train new employees and provide ongoing performance feedback Maintain accurate production records and reports Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to improve processes Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems) Preferred Skills Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement practices Ability to analyze data and make operational decisions Work Environment Manufacturing floor setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401k EAP Life Insurance Disability insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving employees a stake in the company's success Generous monthly bonus program based on performance and company results Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume to this job ad or email directly to Jeremy at Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
