Job Summary The Production Supervisor leads a team of production operators. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while fostering a positive team environment. We are looking for a strong leader who can drive performance, develop team members, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of production staff. Assign daily tasks and oversee training and development. Hold team members accountable to ATTC's quality and production standards. Maintain a balanced focus on quality, productivity, safety, cost, and morale. Track and report performance measures using visual controls and regular updates to management. Achieve production goals and identify opportunities for improvement in processes and equipment. Perform and document accident investigations. Maintain proper inventory levels and manage timekeeping/attendance. Understand all steps in the production process to effectively train team members. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with a hands-on approach. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Excel and basic computer systems. Strong planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to teach, train, and develop staff,

Preferred:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Experience with quality management processes. Physical Requirements Fast-paced manufacturing and assembly environment. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and bending. Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance.
