Job Description

LiquidSpring LLC develops and produces next generation vehicle suspension systems for emergency vehicle, bus, and motorhome markets. Our patented next generation suspension systems replace traditional vehicle springs and shock absorbers by utilizing a compressible fluid as the spring medium along with electronic controls that provide superior, combined ride and handling performance as well as automatic vehicle leveling. The Company is seeking highly motivated individuals with strong, stand-out attributes to join our team and contribute to the growth of our products in vehicle markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Welding production areas toward meeting goals and standards of LiquidSpring LLC.; provide support for assigned areas in maintaining the highest level of safety, quality, and productivity; identify production issues in the area and communicate to the next level of management. Perform related duties as assigned by Management Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Train new and existing employees on company policies, procedures, and standard work Ensure the team is following all company policies and procedures Developing, documenting, and maintaining of processes, standard work, and quality standards Ensure department is achieving expected levels of safety, quality, and productivity Daily department scheduling Weld Robot troubleshooting and supporting Perform Team Leader process audits and inventory audits Apply tools from Lean Manufacturing to solve problems and make improvements Provide a timely response to all internal and external customer needs and issues Ensure all 6S/TPM are followed through to completion Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude: Microsoft Office Minimum one year experience in robot programming: Yaskawa or Fanuc preferred. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer contact skills Demonstrates punctual, reliable, and predictable attendance Must pass a LiquidSpring weld test
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
