We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our powder coating/paint line operations, ensure top-tier quality, and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As a Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of powder coating operations while leading a team focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all powder coating operations including loading, pretreatment, coating, curing, inspection, and packaging Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met safely and efficiently Coordinate workflow with other departments to optimize output Ensure all equipment such as spray booths, powder guns and power tools are operated safely and maintained properly Troubleshoot production and technical issues quickly and effectively Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance Promote and enforce a strong safety culture Monitor performance, provide feedback, and manage employee relations Communicate updates, challenges, and results with plant leadership Identify and implement process improvements using Lean manufacturing principles

What You Bring Required:

2+ years of supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate teams, resolve conflict, and drive performance High attention to detail and process-focused mindset Ability to think quickly and move efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred:
