This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting jobsite deliveries, and ensuring the shop and property are well-maintained and organized. Key Responsibilities Attend weekly labor meetings and provide operational updates Receive and check in all material deliveries Manage Cincinnati shop material inventory Maintain the building and property, including custodial responsibilities Coordinate and deliver materials for service and contract work Support jobsite deliveries, including inventorying materials and tools Manage and track company tools and safety equipment Deliver tools, materials, and safety gear as needed Assist with miscellaneous fleet maintenance and oversee van inventory and stocking Preferred Qualifications Proactive, self-starter with strong organizational skills Hands-on fabrication experience Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
