What You'll Be Doing Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and environmental compliance Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals and build a high-performing, engaged workforce Monitor key production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize output and reduce downtime Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless plant operations and product delivery Uphold safety standards by promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a production environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on operational excellence Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple functions Proven capability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices Work Environment This role operates in a plant environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and industrial equipment. The position may require shift work, overtime, and occasional weekend support to meet operational needs.
