Processes Skills/Requirements:
5+ years' experience leading a team of 10+ personnel Strong Leadership and coaching skills Certified Welding Supervisor Certificate Preferred Job duties: Directly oversee a Weld production department, 5-10 total employees Ensure the Weld production team works in a safe and efficient manner. Meets Weld team production goals. Ensure all quality specifications are met and maintained.
