Job Description

Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for crew retention, crew training, recruitment, quality and safety of assigned crews. The Superintendent will work with the Director of Production for your assigned region. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Daily Check in at jobsites assigned through Company Cam
  • Enforcement of company Safety Program
  • Crew Recruitment
  • Crew Retention
  • Crew Quality of Workmanship and Regular Documented Inspections
  • 5 days per week on jobsite with crews
  • Report issues at site back to Production office via Company Cam
  • Crew training
  • Help with warranty issues if needed
  • Final walk through of buildings assure sites are ready for final payment
  • Help perform quotes for billable repairs
  • Assist sales with technical building questions Education and/or Experience Ÿ Knowledge of building materials and building process Ÿ Previous experience as a construction superintendent or Foreman Ÿ Any combination of job-related experience and/or training, which would produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities Ÿ QSI provides on-the-job training Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Ability to obtain a
CDL, OSHA
10 and 30 hour, and First Aid Certification Ÿ Ability to perform tasks accurately, effectively and in a timely manner Ÿ Must be able to multitask, possess good communications skills (written & verbal) Ÿ Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work under time constraints Ÿ Ability to interface with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and personnel Ÿ Ability to maintain file systems Ÿ Must be detail oriented and have persistent follow through skills Ÿ Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions accurately Ÿ Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment Ÿ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with officials and the public Weight & Lift Requirements Ÿ Must be able to lift at least 25lbs Ÿ Lifting anything >100lbs requires additional personnel and utilizing a dolly or forklift if possible.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
