Qualified applicants will have a background in manufacturing/packaging, managing teams, be detail driven, with exceptional organizational skills. Production Manager will work cooperatively and efficiently with coworkers in all departments with little supervision to achieve team, department and organizational goals. TARC Industries is a production facility that provides work training for individuals with disabilities. Interested applicants will meet outside customer needs and quality standards, while also providing work set-up, schedules, and training opportunities that afford people with a variety of disabilities the opportunity to gain work experience. Information about TARC Industries can be found at www.tarcindustries.com. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience. Requires up to 4 years of production supervision experience or experience in related field. Experience with nonprofit agencies desirable. Qualified person will possess excellent math, computer skills and ability to multitask and organize large volumes of work. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities desirable.
