Production Supervisor

Job Title:

Production Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead operations. In this role, you will oversee a team of union employees, ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, driving accountability, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise UAW employees across various areas of the plant Manage a department of approximately 50-90 employees and oversee daily production activities Ensure team members follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Drive productivity and efficiency within material handling and production processes Monitor workflow, address performance issues, and support continuous improvement efforts Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment Qualifications 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an automotive/fast paced facility Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence performance, and drive results Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
