This supervisor will provide leadership to our food service department. Production and service of high-quality meals Serve meals on time Establish practice of serving hot food hot and cold food cold Organize, supervise and train dietary employees Order food and supplies Ensure compliance with food safety regulations Keep meal tickets up to date and print for meals Meet with residents to find out their preferences Participate in care plan meetings Complete assessments Maintain and control food cost and labor cost Maintain schedule for dietary staff The right candidate will have previous experience working in long term care setting or hospital. Pay is based on experience.
