Industrial Lubrication Technician Supervisor

Scope:

Industrial Fluid Management is seeking a qualified full-time Lubrication Technician Supervisor in the Lake Charles, LA region to manage and lead a world-class lubrication program at a customer facility. This role will balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring quality lubrication practices, strong safety performance, clear communication, and alignment with site reliability goals.

Job Responsibilities:

The Lubrication Technician supervisor will be responsible for the management of all lubrication maintenance activities, including:

• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of four lubrication technicians
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily and weekly work activities
• Ensure consistent execution of lubrication PMs and work standards
• Conduct on-the-job training and provide performance feedback
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure team compliance with all site and IFM HSE policies
• Document and develop standardized Pm programs
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

Required

• High school diploma/ GED
• 2 years minumum of supervisory experience
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, ladders, operate forklift
• Ability to obtain MLT1 certification within 3 months of hire
• Ability to obtain

TWIC, OSHA

basic, and Site Specific training

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and task oriented Preferred Qualifications
• 3-6 years experience with lubrication tasks preferred
• 2-6 years experience in a plant environment preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft office
• Strong safety record
• Basic understanding of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and Condition monitoring Work schedule expectations
• Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Available to coordinate and assign emergency call outs within 3 hours. Compensation and Benefits

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
