is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to provide day-to-day leadership for our CNC machining and assembly operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong machining background who can effectively support programming, setups, troubleshooting, and workforce development while maintaining a productive and positive shop environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily leadership and direction to machinists and shop personnel
  • Coordinate production priorities and workflow to meet customer commitments
  • Support CNC programming, setup, and machining operations as required
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, quality, and process-related issues
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, and management to resolve production challenges
  • Train, mentor, and develop machinists and operators
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements
  • Support quoting, process planning, and manufacturing strategy when needed Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of CNC machining experience in a job shop or production environment
  • 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong machine setup and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience working with tight-tolerance machined components
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Experience
  • Aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing experience
  • Multi-axis CNC machining experience
  • Experience with CNC Programming
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement principles
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and inspection processes
