- Lead, supervise, and direct teams by proper motivation
- Prepare work schedules for production employees
- Assist shift supervisor with daily production
- Take production standards and review with employees and shift supervisor (provide feedback)
- Provide daily work assignments
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Inform manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations
- Identify and acknowledge outstanding employee performance, as well as, not acceptable behavior
- Complete hotel inventories
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested and/or assigned by immediate supervisor or management group
- Turn in any paperwork at end of shift
- High school or equivalent
- 3 years supervisory experience or 1 year industry experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet production levels
- Able to obey and follow orders from immediate supervisor and/or management group
- Perform basic math operations
