Hourly Range:

$20.00•$27.81 per hour About Us G&F Precision Molding Inc. is an agile, customer-centric company specializing in custom solutions for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. The Opportunity We are seeking a Cleanroom Lead to help oversee the shift, train and support machine operators, and uphold quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do Leadership:

Manage daily shift operations and provide direct guidance to machine operators; performance of individual task/process, safety policies, work instructions, Production Goals and Quality requirements.

Production & Data:

Document accurate production/scrap data and perform visual inspections of products. Audit work cells for accuracy, audit training records and perform sign offs of training completion.

Training & Compliance:

Train staff on processes, safety, and quality standards, including

ISO 9001/13485

compliance.

What You'll Bring Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with cleanroom background preferred.

Skills:

Strong English communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in full PPE, standing/bending for 8 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs. What Benefits We Offer A comprehensive rewards package to support your health, wealth, and professional growth:
