HVAC Sheet Metal Superintendent Location:
Baltimore, MD area

Full-Time Skillforce has partnered with one of the leading sheet metal contractors in the DMV area to find a HVAC Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead complex commercial projects. This is a long-term, direct hire position. Why Join Us?

HVAC Sheet Metal Superintendent Duties:
Lead the installation activities of sheet metal / HVAC onsite at commercial projects Coordinate with foremen and crews to plan daily and weekly work Be the primary liaison, mechanical trades, electrical, and controls to plan work Compare manpower and productivity against the schedule Ensure safety and quality requirements are being met Address punch list items and participate in inspections Communicate clearly with the Project Manager any issues that arise in the field Utilize Procore or similar mobile software
HVAC Sheet Metal Superintendent Requirements:
7+ years of experience in HVAC/ sheet metal construction Experience as a Sheet Metal Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Foreman Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, sequencing and ductwork Ability to follow project schedules and read drawings Understanding of SMACNA requirements OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training Valid Driver's License Ability to pass background check and drug screen Ready to Make a Move?
