About Us:
US Concrete Products is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing leadership experience who leads by example, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. We are a family-owned company with a strong team-oriented culture and many long-term employees. We are looking for a leader who can support production operations while building positive working relationships with employees on the floor.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Pay:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support daily manufacturing operations Lead production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Remain hands-on within production operations and assist employees as needed Coordinate workflow and assign tasks throughout the shift Monitor production flow and minimize downtime Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and management Complete production reporting and operational documentation Support inventory awareness and production efficiency Maintain safety standards and enforce company procedures Assist with forklift operations and material movement as needed Help train and develop production employees Address production concerns and communicate maintenance or operational issues to management Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, concrete, cement, packaging, or industrial production environments Experience with palletizers, packaging lines, inventory control, forklifts, or logistics operations is highly preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lead a team professionally and effectively Ability to remain calm and organized in high-pressure environments Hands-on leadership mentality and willingness to work alongside employees Previous experience with companies such as Oldcastle, Quikrete, GAF, US Gypsum, or similar manufacturing operations is a strong plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Ability to work within an active manufacturing environment involving dust, heat, machinery, and noise Ability to safely perform physical job duties required throughout the workday Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Additional Information:
This position operates within an active manufacturing facility. Supervisors are expected to remain engaged in day-to-day operations and support the production team directly when needed. Job duties, responsibilities, schedules, and operational needs may change based on business demands. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of any lawful pre-employment screenings or requirements applicable to the role.
