Your Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a skilled crew in sheet metal ensuring top-quality work and safety. Coordinate effectively with other trades for seamless project execution. Manage materials, tools, and job costs to drive efficiency and productivity. Represent your team in strategic discussions and daily huddles.

Requirements:

Must have Journeyman Certification in Sheet Metal. Clear background check and drug screening. High School diploma or equivalent OSHA 30 Certification. Strong attention to detail, communication skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and in various conditions.
