The Opportunity Dvorak is seeking an enthusiastic and capable MDTA/Roadway Foreman to lead daily field operations on transportation and roadway projects. This is an excellent opportunity to build leadership experience, take ownership of complex field work, and contribute to high-visibility projects that keep communities moving. What You'll Do Lead, support, and mentor field crews while modeling professionalism and accountability Coordinate daily work activities, materials, and inspections Uphold MDTA, safety, and quality standards with consistency and care Communicate clearly with project leadership, inspectors, and trade partners Support scheduling, change-order documentation, and two-week look-aheads What This Role Requires A valid CDL-A and Master Electrician license , or the ability to obtain both within six (6) months of entering the role Flexibility in scheduling , including availability for evenings and weekends based on MDTA project needs A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality workWho Thrives in This Role Individuals who enjoy leading others and developing their crew Problem-solvers who can stay steady and organized in a fast-paced environment Team members who communicate well and take pride in representing Dvorak on critical infrastructure projects Those who embody our Core Values—Safety First, Do What Is Right, One Team-One Goal, Professional Excellence, and Own the Challenge Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay and bonus opportunities.
