Production Supervisor Reports to:
Production Manager Salary:
Commensurate with Experience Bakery de France is now hiring for a full-time Production Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the Production Supervisor is to oversee the manufacturing process in all areas of production, and warehouse to ensure safe, quality food is produced while meeting KPIs for output, quality, waste, and downtime. Candidates should be exceptionally dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Candidates should have good communication skills, strong ability to time manage and multi-task, and basic math skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Assign qualified personnel to positions and schedule breaks. Supervise personnel and workflow to achieve desired output while minimizing downtime and waste. Work closely with maintenance to ensure equipment is repaired in a timely manner and PMs are completed during scheduled downtime. Complete end of shift reports and communicate with management any issues preventing goal achievement. Counsel, train and evaluate personnel fostering a team environment to achieve all production goals. Ensure all personnel and food safety policies and procedures are being followed. Monitor sanitation and warehouse personnel to ensure all goals are being met.
Job Requirements:
Previous supervisory or managerial experience required HACCP certified or ability to achieve within 6 months. High school or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
