Production Supervisor

Job Title:

Production Supervisor Responsibilities Schedule and assign employees to work. Monitor and schedule training opportunities to ensure employee qualifications for current and future tasks. Advise, coach, and train employees on safe and proper work practices. Track and document employee attendance and time for payroll purposes. Conduct safety meetings and audits. Maintain open communication throughout the facility. Monitor employee performance and deliver constructive feedback. Ensure equipment is in safe and proper running condition, taking corrective action as needed. Document daily activities such as production reports, safety meeting forms, and various incident reports. Ensure employees have the proper training, skills, abilities, and tools to perform their work efficiently and safely. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Garrison, MD 21117. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr. health, vision, and dental benefits.
