None Required The Opportunity You will serve as a vital field leader, guiding on-site crews to execute flawless interior and exterior paint finishes. This role provides the autonomy to manage day-to-day operations while mentoring field personnel in a highly supportive, respect-driven company culture. You will have a direct impact on project success by implementing innovative solutions and upholding our commitment to continuous improvement. How You Will Make an Impact Manage daily field operations by delegating tasks, managing time efficiently, and prioritizing critical project objectives. Supervise interior and exterior job site preparations and final finishes to ensure compliance with strict quality standards. Train and mentor field crew members on proper application techniques, material properties, and tool maintenance procedures. Monitor on-site material inventory levels and generate accurate progress reports for the management team. Enforce rigorous adherence to all OSHA guidelines and internal safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work site. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 4 years of exclusive professional painting experience with a track record in leadership roles. Broad technical proficiency in preparing sites, selecting paint products, operating equipment, and executing diverse applications. Demonstrated capability to report on project milestones, regulate inventory, and solve field obstacles innovatively. Physical capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and safely work from ladders and scaffolding. Ownership of basic trade hand tools and access to reliable transportation for local project travel. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5 years of exclusive professional painting experience with a proven track record in leadership roles. Prior experience managing two projects and traveling field assignments within a 30-mile radius Prior experience managing prevailing wage projects. Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay cycle via direct deposit with lucrative overtime potential. Travel opportunities with standard per diem provided for assignments outside the primary area.
