The ideal candidate will have experience supervising in an industrial food processing area. It is recommended that you have had training and experience working with HACCP, SSOP's, and OSHA. You will be responsible for physical and food safety, schedule attainment, efficiency, staffing, training, and end of shift sanitation on your shift in a union environment. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Follow SSOP's, HACCP plan, and OSHA requirements Maintain Proper Temperature and First In First Out (FIFO) Product Flow Improve Efficiency while adhering to Quality Standards Monitor and constructively correct performance of staff and intervene when necessary to ensure proper food safety and quality. Coordinate with first shift to have an orderly production flow and to meet the demands of our customers. Completion of all daily scheduled sanitation tasks Job Benefits (Benefits start after completion of your 90 day orientation period) Performance Bonus of between 5-15% of annual salary awarded at the end of the year. • After one year of service, the company will match dollar for dollar for the first three percent contributed and 50% on the next two percent. So, if you contribute 5%, the company will match 4%. We currently have many funds to choose from on the Fidelity platform. PTO
