We're looking for a Production Group Leader who can drive results, develop teams, and create a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement on the plant floor. What You'll Do Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets Coach, train, and develop hourly employees and team leaders Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Address employee relations matters, performance concerns, and grievance issues in a unionized environment Partner with union leadership and management to maintain positive employee relations Investigate root causes, solve problems, and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat issues Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and standardized work processes What We're Looking For Supervisory or leadership experience in automotive manufacturing or a high-volume production environment Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes Strong understanding of plant floor operations, production metrics, and workforce management Proven ability to lead teams, hold employees accountable, and drive performance Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with hourly employees, union representatives, and leadership teams Self-starter with strong managerial courage and a hands-on leadership style Key Traits for Success ✔ Leadership & Accountability ✔ Employee Relations & Grievance Resolution ✔ Continuous Improvement Mindset ✔ Strong Communication Skills ✔ Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis ✔ Safety & Quality Focus If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, and making an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
