You will play a critical role in optimizing production workflows, mentoring team members, and ensuring all quality benchmarks are consistently met. Responsibilities Direct daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate staffing assignments and monitor workflow to meet production targets and deadlines. Provide hands-on coaching and performance feedback to support the professional growth of team members. Analyze production metrics, such as cycle times and downtime, to implement process improvements. Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control procedures across the production floor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain seamless production flow. Manage essential documentation, including production logs, attendance records, and incident reports. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in a leadership or senior operator capacity within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate digital tracking systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Preferred Skills Prior experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing methodologies. Technical or leadership certifications relevant to industrial production. Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational problems in a fast-paced setting.
