Manufacturing Supervisor

Our client is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of 30+ dedicated production employees. What You'll Own Champion production goals related to safety, quality, and efficiency—day in and day out. Oversee shift operations, prioritize workload, and keep team members aligned with daily expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring consistent execution of work instructions and best practices. Monitor and communicate production metrics, providing real-time feedback and coaching to your team. Partner with HR to support staffing, training, and development efforts. Keep detailed and accurate production records and reports. Maintain a positive, people-first environment that promotes accountability, safety, and collaboration. What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred. 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience—preferably in a high-speed or high-volume setting. Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style. A keen eye for process improvement and a commitment to team success.
