Responsibilities As a Splicing Supervisor, you will support a team of Fiber Splicers in the upgrade of existing plants, plant extensions, and new build construction. In addition, you will:

Give direction to multiple crews and their Jobsite activitiesDevelop your team's skill set and knowledge of telecom constructionProvide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customersLead by example and support the company-wide safety cultureDrive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects

Qualifications About You:

Safety is a value you live byYou have 5+ years of Fiber Splicing experienceYou enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the fieldYou embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your teamYou have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom softwareHard work pays off.
