Full Job Description Summary:

Supervisors play a critical role in the success of each event. Supervisors oversee and work along with a team of laborers who install/dismantle pipe/drape, tables, chairs, carpet, displays, signs, and other equipment as requested by the customer for trade shows, expos, festivals, and other special events. Supervisors are responsible for crew safety, meeting strict deadlines, transportation and care of equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to both customers and vendors.

Benefits and Rate of Pay:

$25.00- $30.00 pending experience Paid Time Off Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription coverage after 30 days of employment Exceptional 401K match of 25% up to federal max guidelines Group Life, LTD, and ADD plan Class B mileage per diem at seventy cents per mile

Essential Functions:

Supervises work crew and prioritizes work assignments Reads, comprehends, and follows floorplans, material lists, and applies necessary timelines Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes Works with client to ensure show is decorated and set up as planned Ensures that all safety protocols are followed Complies with all company policies and procedures, including crewmember discipline and documentation Reports timeclock adjustments as needed to payroll administrator May drive loaded vehicle to/from shows Attends staff meetings as required

Training:

Will train to read and comprehend floorplans, instructions, correspondence, and memos.
