2nd Shift Supervisor

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff on 2nd shift Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures Monitor production output and quality standards Train, coach, and support team members Address production issues and implement solutions Maintain accurate production records and reports

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards Reliable and team-oriented

Schedule:

2nd Shift (afternoon/evening hours) 3:00pm-1:00am Monday -
