Job Description
As a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor (internally titled Manufacturing Group Leader), you'll lead a hands-on, frontline team of hourly manufacturing team members across key production areas, supporting day-to-day execution, developing people, and helping create a shift that runs with accountability and pride. This is a highly hands-on role, with the majority of time spent on the manufacturing floor working directly with your team. - Lead a team of manufacturing team members and support Manufacturing Process Leaders, coaching them in day-to-day leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making Drive Daily Execution
- Responsible for shift performance across safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring daily goals are met and the team stays aligned Coach Continuous Improvement
- Help your team identify and improve inefficiencies using Lean and continuous improvement tools Create Alignment & Accountability
- Lead shift meetings, reinforce clear communication, and ensure consistency across teams Strengthen Operations
- Ensure production standards, workflows, and documentation are followed and continuously improved Adapt in Real Time
- Adjust labor to meet demand while keeping teams informed, aligned, and supported Maintain a High-Standard Environment

- or 4-year degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.
