Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Lead to join our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on the floor, you will coordinate teams, optimize workflows, and uphold safety protocols to drive continuous improvement and meet production goals. Duties Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to ensure smooth and efficient production flow Lead a team of assembly workers, providing guidance, training, and support to meet daily targets Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to facilitate assembly and material handling tasks Monitor manufacturing processes for quality assurance and implement corrective actions when necessary Maintain safety standards by enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment and safety protocols Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, including mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance oversight Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods storage Document production metrics, shift reports, and incident logs accurately for continuous process improvement Experience Proven factory experience within a manufacturing facility or similar industrial environment Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools in an assembly setting Prior warehouse experience is highly desirable for effective inventory management and logistics coordination Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is preferred; certification is a plus Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing best practices Ability to read technical drawings or schematics related to assembly or mechanical systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Production Lead where your expertise will directly impact our manufacturing success!
