, an international 3rd party logistics company, is currently searching for a highly motivated Production Supervisor for their distribution center located in Holland, MI. The Production Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager. The qualified candidate will display excellent leadership skill along with the ability to monitor workflow in a fast-paced distribution operation; oversee coaching and counseling of hourly associates; and ensure a safe and productive work environment. Core Roles & Responsibilities Supervise receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities performed by warehouse associates, maintain a high degree of visibility and access to associates on the warehouse floor throughout the shift. Establish and maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy. Ensure all established policies and procedures are followed by associates. Prepare administrative reports and correspondence. Determine manpower needs, facilitate training, motivate, coach, and assist in the resolution of associate performance and behavioral issues. Oversee housekeeping activities. Maintain a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area. Support safety and best practice initiatives. Actively participate in, and facilitate safety training. Perform other duties as assigned.

Shifts:

This facility is transitioning to a Blue/Gold Schedule operating on two 12-hour Shifts. We are transitioning to a system where employees are assigned to either the "Blue Team" or the "Gold Team," working specific rotating blocks. We use the 2-2-3 Rotation (The Panama Schedule): Workers are on for 2 days, off for 2, and on for 3. This repeats, ensuring every other weekend is a long three-day weekend.

• Minimum Qualification Requirement Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in distribution environment.

High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA Degree preferred. Proven success in maintaining quality, service, and client relationships, in a high-volume fast-paced setting. Experience working in a team oriented, multi-shift environment. Proven competencies in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with

WMS/TMS/DMS

strongly preferred.
