Job Description

Summary:
Supervises production team members in in a manufacturing and assembly environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicates work assignments to shift employees Implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Assists and supports EBWE in continuously improve initiatives. Ensures effective employee relations by providing coaching and development. Resolves issues equitably and with integrity. Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Manages shift performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports. Champions culture of safety through demonstration of behavior and adherence to workplace standards. Participate in Corrective Action process. Manage team member's time and attendance records as part of overall performance. Determine, communicate and carry out necessary training of team members within designated shift. Other duties as assigned.
Education/ Experience:
3-5 years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, Tier 1 automotive preferred. Business Management or equivalent preferred Experience with ERP systems
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership, communication (written, verbal, and electronic), and interpersonal skills Effective at conflict resolution and troubleshooting issues Able to multi-task and manage resources through effective prioritization Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
