Primary Function:

The Assistant Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting department supervisors with daily production needs to help meet customer product demand.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the hourly workforce to achieve production efficiencies. Validates parts meet quality standards any time a new operator is assigned to a job. Develops, tracks, and reports on daily key performance indicators (KPIs). Effectively communicate the daily goals and production performance. Communicate expectations to employees and evaluate employee performance. Works with leadership to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
