Bay/MPS is seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Supervisors to join our growing team of quality professionals. The Supervisor positions are ideal for knowledgeable and energetic people who have a passion for efficiency, quality, teamwork and believe in taking care of the customer first.

Job Locations:

Southeast Michigan (12 hour Night Shifts 6pm - 6am)3-4 days per week

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing site employees.
• Maintain proper manpower and production levels.
• Effectively communicate between sites, departments, and customers for problem resolution.
• Completes all required documentation.
• Initiates and maintains method improvement activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers for job initiation
• Creation of job instructions
• Verify and help secure correct manpower for work location
• Training of employees to customer requirements
• Maintain efficiency and throughput of team
• Conduct process and part audits daily
• Maintain clean and efficient work area
• Verify all data is correct and send daily reporting to customers
• Keep track of and submit payroll weekly
• Monitor and manage all attendance and tardiness issues
• Administer employee disciplinary actions and maintain employee write ups Qualification
• Self motivated and results focused
• Prior supervision experience
• Manufacturing/Quality background
• Strong computer experience:

Outlook, Excel & Word Eligibility Requirements:
