The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of injection molding processes, including quality control. This role requires effective management of teams while adhering to OSHA regulations and contract specifications. Duties Supervise all shift personnel - - assign all tasks oversee daily operations of all shifts, ensuring that all work is performed according to specifications Oversee all aspects of molding operations including material handler, die setter. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship Communicate with senior personnel on problems and status Training a assign all shift Supervisors Conduct safety meetings and administer disciplinary action as required by company Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere Skills • Knowledge of all injection molding processes Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
