Supervise shift personnel and maintain the process parameter. They will Set and start-up injection molding machines as required and train as directed. Assist in assigning and training shift personnel Supervise personnel as directed by General Foreman Oversee the process, adjust document and record process changes Notify General Foreman of any problems or concerns Set, start and train on all injection molding jobs Must have own set of tools Must have Plastic Injection Molding experience Directly supervise 10-15 employees in the production area. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring and training employee; planning, assigning, and directing work: appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
