Shift Sunday-Friday Type:
Direct Hire Position What You'll Be Doing This is a working leadership role where you will: Lead your team and keep production on track Troubleshoot molding processes and resolve issues quickly Ensure jobs are running according to setup sheets and production requirements Support operators and step in when needed Communicate effectively between shifts to maintain continuity Ensure quality standards (IATF) are consistently met Train and support team members What We're Looking For Supervisor experience in plastic injection molding (required) Strong troubleshooting and process knowledge Comfortable working on the production floor Reliable with strong attendance and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications RJG or eDart experience Master Molder certification Automotive manufacturing experience Bottom Line If you have injection molding experience and are ready to lead a shift, make an impact, and grow into a long-term opportunity, this is a role worth considering
