Troy, MI About the Role We need a Vinyl & Print Manager who runs a tight, accountable operation — someone who takes ownership of quality output, keeps the floor safe, and drives production on schedule. This role is part of our Manufacturing Division and serves both Signarama Troy and National Branding. The work you manage ends up on buildings, vehicles, and branded environments across the country. What You'll Own Safety — equipment checks before every task, PPE compliance, clean work area, and active participation in safety reviews. Quality — verify your output meets spec before it goes downstream. You own what leaves your station. Throughput — work to the production schedule, flag constraints early, and keep jobs moving. SOP compliance — work orders and specs are followed every time. No exceptions, no workarounds.
