You'll be the link between the floor and management — owning quality, safety, throughput, and delivery targets while coaching and developing your team. Key Responsibilities Direct daily production activities; assign and adjust work in real time to hit schedule targets Conduct shift start-up meetings, Gemba walks, and monitor output against daily/weekly goals Enforce

workmanship standards; perform first-article and in-process inspections Identify and disposition non-conforming product; initiate CARs and support root cause analysis Train operators, assess skill gaps, coordinate cross-training, and complete performance evaluations Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; lead 5S audits and investigate incidents Coordinate material staging, escalate shortages, maintain WIP accuracy, and support cycle counts Lead kaizen events and Lean initiatives; track and present key production metrics Required Qualifications 3+ years in wire harness, cable assembly, or electromechanical assembly (OEM environment) 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role with direct responsibility for output and personnel Working knowledge of
