Group Lead:
Oversee and manage daily production activities to meet or exceed production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets Conduct daily production meetings to communicate goals, progress, and priorities to team members Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive action to maintain continuous production operations Lead and support employees through coaching, training, performance management, and development Foster a positive, engaged work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices, including use of lean tools and 5S standards Ensure compliance with safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory requirements across the production floor Track production metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive improvement initiatives to achieve operational goals What You Need to Bring to the
Group Lead Role:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of manufacturing leadership, supervisory, or lead experience Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop employees Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and production processes Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to lead meetings and collaborate cross-functionally Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and production/reporting systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and manage multiple priorities Ready to Apply?
